Since yesterday the demo on Maggiore Lake organised by LIGHTHOUSE Equipment Division is successfully ongoing.
On board the Motopontone Verbania, the boat which “Sub Verbania” Association made available for our demonstration, our staff together with NORBIT technician are presenting some of the most interesting systems on the market of ocean technology, in order to show all their features and potential applications.
Our attendees (among which some representatives of the Italian Navy, the Environmental Protection Agency, Fire Departments and several private companies) are sailing the Maggiore Lake and discovering all the characteristics of the presented systems:

- All data will be acquired and interpreted through QINSY Software
the demo programme
The demo starts in the morning with an introduction of all the tools involved, followed by a practical demonstration in very shallow water of the Acoustic Camera ARIS EXPLORER 3000 (Sound Metrics), the Remotely Operated Vehicle Ageotec ROV LYRA and the USBL GAPS underwater positioning system (iXblue).
After a refreshment buffet, the demo continues on board the Motopontone Verbania with demonstration of operation and use of Navigation System QiNSy (QPS), MultiBeam iWBMSh-STX + LiDAR Laser Scanner (Norbit), Side Scan Sonar K4900 (Klein Marine Systems) and Sound Velocity Profiler SWiFT (Valeport)
