The concerned party has the right to resist, as a whole or in part: a) for lawful reasons to personal data processing when related to him, even when they are relevant to the gathering aim; b) to the processing of personal data related to hi meant to sending advertising materials or for direct sale or to perform market surveys or for business communication.
